We require an initial 50% down payment to proceed with production.

Production Time

Production time usually takes around 25-60 working days depending on the quantity, complexity of the design, and availability of the garment.

Delivery/Pick-up

Pick-up at 46 Felix Manalo Brgy Pinagkaisahan Quezon City

Courier arrangements for delivery can be made at the customer's expense.

Returns/Replacement

Requests for returns/replacement brought about by damages (garment, print, wrong size, wrong design etc.) should be made within seven (7) working days after receipt of the order. Shirtguy.ph shall evaluate the validity of the request and serves the right to deny any request.

No changes can be made (garment, sizes, design etc.) once production has started.
